Akiko Inoue’s main practice areas include cross-border litigation, compliance matters, including communications with overseas regulatory authorities, HR and labor-law matters, and consumer-law matters. She has also advised corporations on LGBTQ+ and corporate human rights issues. Leveraging her experience from our Hanoi office, she also provides strategic guidance to companies with operations or contemplating operations in Vietnam and the broader Asian region.
