Ario Putra Pamungkas is an Indonesian-qualified attorney based in the firm’s Singapore office. He obtained his LL.B. from Padjadjaran University in 2015 and his LL.M. from Cornell Tech and Cornell Law School in 2022. Prior to joining NO&T, Ario worked in a leading Indonesian law firm, where he advised clients on various transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, capital markets, and general corporate. Ario has experience in advising clients from a wide range of industries, including healthcare, TMT, retail, private equity, and venture capital.
