Mr. Eiji Miyagi is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He acquired his qualification as a Lawyer in Japan and joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in 2010. He moved to California in 2017 and obtained a Master of Laws degree at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. From 2015 to 2016, he was seconded to the Ministory of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
He regularly provides advice to clients across a diverse range of industries, with a primary focus on the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors. In particular, he provides advice in relation to the real estate sector, leveraging his experience gained from his secondment to the MLIT. More recently, he has been actively involved in handling emerging areas such as technology, carbon neutrality, and the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors.
