Naoki Mochizuki is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He advises on a broad range of finance transactions, including banking, real estate finance, project finance, insurance, and fund formation. He also has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border infrastructure projects, including public-private partnership (PFI/PPP) projects and energy-related transactions involving electricity and gas. He advises a variety of clients, including financial institutions, private funds, private companies, and corporate borrowers.

Naoki received his LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 2014, was admitted to the bar in 2015, and joined the firm the same year. He received his LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2022, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He worked in the San Francisco office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2022 to 2023.
