  • Advising a US-headquartered biopharmaceutical company in an internal investigation into whistleblowing complaints
  • Advising Japanese clients in the financial services, FMCG and manufacturing industries with managing multi-jurisdictional Environmental, Social and Governance reporting obligations
  • Advising a Japanese automotive company with investigating whistleblower complaints and claims of harassment against senior executives

Employment and labour law

  • Advising a Japanese advertising and media company on a multi-jurisdictional contract review for senior executive engagements
  • Advising a UK-based media company on managing global handbooks and policies consistently with local Work Rules and agreements used by its Japanese subsidiary
  • Advising non-Japanese clients with managing senior executive departures at their Japanese subsidiaries, and Japanese clients with managing expatriate senior executive departures

Nina was educated at the University of Sydney. She trained and worked at MinterEllison in Sydney prior to joining Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu.
