Satoshi Moriguchi became a partner in 2005 and has since led our China Practice Group. He has extensive experience in assisting Japanese companies with their cross-border matters mainly in Asian area. In addition to his Asia-related practice, as having many banks and trust banks as his clients, he has extensive experience in domestic banking and trust banking transactions. Mr. Moriguchi’s practice also focuses on a broad variety of matters including advising on domestic corporate matters and cross border transactions as well as dispute resolution. Ranked No.3 at the Foreign Law category of the “Corporate Legal Affairs and Lawyer Survey (the Best Performing Lawyers 2011)” by Nikkei Inc.
