Shejal Verma is a dual-qualified lawyer (India and the UK) based in NO&T’s Tokyo office. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, and business and asset purchases. She brings over a decade of cross-border experience to advising clients on complex transactions across a variety of sectors. Before joining NO&T, Shejal began her career at one of India’s leading law firms, where she advised on some of the region’s most significant corporate deals.
