Shunpei Tanaka is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, who has been involved principally in the area of real estate transactions including real estate finance, acquisition and restructuring of real estate companies, real estate development, and structured finance and securitization, etc. His experience includes handling a number of large scale M&A transactions, Risk Management/Compliance and general corporate matters on behalf of Japanese and foreign clients.
Shunpei Tanaka received an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1986 and an LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1995, and worked at Lovell White Durrant, London from 1995 to 1996. He was admitted to practice law in Japan in 1989.
