Professor Okamura graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University in 1982. He has served as an Associate Professor at Kyoto University Faculty of Law and as a Professor at Kyoto University Graduate School of Law since 1987. He is currently a Professor Emeritus at Kyoto University, a testament to his significant contributions to the field of law.
