Takahiro Hatori is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He received his LL.B. from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 2011 and his J.D. from Waseda Law School in 2013. He obtained his LL.M. from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center in 2020 and worked at Gleiss Lutz in Munich from 2020 to 2021. Since 2022, he has served as a member of the JFBA Intellectual Property Law Center.

His practice focuses on intellectual property and domestic and international dispute resolution. In the intellectual property field, he has extensive experience in handling disputes involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights. He also provides advice on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including licensing and other IP-related agreements, management and protection of trade secrets and data, and employee inventions. In addition, he has experience in handling intellectual property matters in relation to agriculture.

In the dispute resolution field, he handles disputes in various areas, including general civil and commercial disputes, product liability disputes, disputes regarding system development, and administrative disputes.

He is a member of the Japan Association of Industrial Property Law, the Copyright Law Association of Japan, the Licensing Executives Society (LES) Japan, and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property of Japan (AIPPI JAPAN).
