Takeshi Hayakawa has extensive experience in handling data protection matters in Japan and cross-border data protection matters, including investigation matters. He also actively promotes a culture of compliance. From 2018 to 2020, he was seconded to the Personal Information Protection Commission, Japan’s data protection authority, where he served as Deputy Director for International Affairs.
