Takeshi Nagai is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 2012 and received his LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2020, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. From 2020 to 2021, he worked at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP (New York) (now Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (US) LLP). He is a member of the Dai-Ichi Tokyo Bar Association. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, real estate finance, financial regulations, and acquisition finance. He advises a variety of clients, including financial institutions and private equity funds, on a broad range of financial transactions.
