Our HCMC office (Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu HCMC Branch) was established in June 2014.
The HCMC Office is headed by Motohisa Nakagawa, who has gained broad practical experience from working in a local law firm in Ho Chi Minh City since November 2011. The office is staffed by several Vietnamese lawyers who have extensive experience and expertise in handling matters in Vietnam and who are familiar with the local legal system and the latest practice, and it offers prompt legal advice based on the latest local information.
The HCMC office provides a wide range of legal services on matters regarding business expansion into Vietnam, infrastructure projects, investment, labor issues, anti-corruption law issues, and so forth.
