Despite being an extremely useful and vital technique in various situations, from international disputes to day-to-day legal practice, the topic of “negotiation skills” has not been focused on in Japan.
In this seminar, we will invite Ryan Goldstine and Hisaya Kimura, both from Quinn Emanuel, who have successfully resolved numerous disputes through their outstanding negotiation skills, especially in international disputes. They will give lectures on the essentials of negotiation skills and examples of their practical use.
