Objective
Thailand’s Foreign Business Act of 2000 (FBA) is crucial for foreign-owned businesses investing in Thailand. Currently, the FBA is being focused due to the active enforcement and the penalties imposed by government agencies and the court. The objectives of our seminar are to provide foreign-owned companies with the opportunity to understand the FBA, starting from types of the restricted business, structuring the company’s shareholders, expanding the business, to handling inspections by government agencies. In addition, we will discuss recent case studies, and noticeable trends about the FBA in 2026.
