NO&T receives the “Eruboshi” Certification of Three Stars under the Act on the Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.

In September 2018, we received the “Eruboshi” Certification of Three Stars under the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.

The Eruboshi certification is a system under which employers who have developed and submitted action plans and meet certain criteria demonstrating excellence in promoting women’s active participation can be certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
