As part of our ongoing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (Nagashima) recently hosted its forth annual “NO&T Family Day 2026,” organized by the DE&I Committee. NO&T Family Day provides an opportunity for our members’ families to learn more about our firm and for our members to connect with their colleagues’ families. This year, over 400 members and their families gathered at our Tokyo office.

In addition to tours of the Tokyo office and informative firm briefings, we set up a variety of interactive booths where the families could experience the work of our members, including attorneys, secretaries, and paralegals. Furthermore, in addition to the programs we carried out in past events, we also distributed job cards explaining the work of our members, as part of our efforts to help their families learn more about the wide range of work carried out at Nagashima. Additionally, a kids’ room was set up this year to make it easier for young children to participate, and we welcomed attendees across all age groups, from our members’ parents and grandparents to their siblings and children.
