NO&T is awarded the Asian-Counsel Deals of the Year 2009

Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu ("NO&T") was awarded the Asian-Counsel Deals of the Year 2009, announced in the February 2010 issue of the magazine (Pacific Business Press Ltd), for the work on the following deals.

• Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group global offering of common stock (June 2009)
• Citigroup’s sales of Nikko Cordial Securities and related assets (October 2009)
