Awards
Junji Yamanaka is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on real property securitization and other structured finance transactions. He also advises many Japanese and non-Japanese clients on financing matters. He worked at Kirkland & Ellis L.L.P. in Los Angeles as a visiting international attorney from 2005 to 2006. He graduated with an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in 2005 and with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1998. He was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2000 and the New York Bar in 2006.
