Awards
Kazuo Tsuiki provides a broad range of legal services in corporate and M&A area. He has worked on a large number of cross borders deals supporting both Japanese clients making investments outside of Japan and foreign clients making investment in Japan. He also provides legal services in the area of environmental law which is still a minor legal practice area in Japan.
He has been teaching Companies Act, Commercial Code, Business Law with a focus on M&A and Negotiation at Sophia Law School since 2018.
