M&A in India – Theory and Practice

M&A in India has been particularly active in recent years across all sectors. While the practicalities of acquiring Indian companies have some similarities to M&A practices in Europe and the US, there are also unique Indian regulations to understand and innovative solutions to be applied. In addition, several key legislative changes having a significant impact on M&A have been introduced in 2024.
The objective of this seminar is to provide an in-depth analysis of the theory and practice of M&A in India, while also highlighting the　distinctive regulatory framework in India.
