Kei Okubo is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on M&A and other corporate restructuring transactions. He also advises many domestic and foreign clients on general corporate matters.
He worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco as a visiting international attorney from 2005 to 2006. He graduated with an LL.M. from Stanford Law School in 2005 and with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1998. He was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2000.
