Counsel at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, Ryuhei Itaya was admitted to practice law in 2012 after graduating from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law, where he passed the preliminary bar examination, and joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu the same year. He advises on general corporate legal matters, focusing on M&A, corporate restructuring, and business reorganizations.

In addition to his legal practice, he founded MNTSQ Inc., a legal tech company, in 2018 and serves as its CEO. He handles matters related to emerging business areas and legal regulations arising from the development of AI and other technologies. He also provides extensive advice on the use of technology and legal operations within companies.
