Soichiro Fujiwara is a Managing partner with Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and technology transactions, and he also handles general corporate matters. He received his LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1996, and was admitted to practice law in Japan in 1998.
He received an LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2003, and worked in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP as a visiting international attorney from 2003 to 2004. He has been serving as an outside director at MNTSQ, Ltd. from 2019 to 2024, became an auditor from 2024.
