Takashi Saida is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He is experienced in various types of corporate transactions, especially complex international transactions, financial transactions and corporate restructuring transactions. He also regularly represents taxpayers in tax disputes with the tax authorities and advises on tax matters in various types of transactions.
He graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1994 and with an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 1997. He also obtained an M.B.A. in the United States. He previously worked at the Ministry of Finance as a deputy legal examiner and at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as an associate.
